Aaron Malone is the founder of MontCorsa Holdings and LastSteep. His work has focused on the bicycle, last-mile, outdoor, and consumer-product industries—where a company’s real advantage is often trapped in the experience of the people doing the work.
Since founding MontCorsa Sales and Consulting in 2016, Aaron has worked across sales, strategy, retail, product, distribution, and brand development. That practical perspective shapes LastSteep: it is not designed as software for software’s sake. It is designed to make a business easier to understand, hand off, improve, and protect.
